After being snowed in once again, I thought it might be nice to think forward to spring. Spring, when the grass will slowly green, the bulbs will push from the soil and the birds will sing...and there will be no more snow!
So, I thought about the new perennial of the year, decided by the Perennial Plant Association, and the new hosta of the year, decided by the American Hosta Growers Association.
